5/24金曜日の夜、ランニングセミナーを実施しました！今回は、初心者ランナーのランニングを続けるコツ、基本的なランニングフォーム、ランニングのためのトレーニング等をテーマにしてお話しさせていただきました。今回の内容を、今後の活動に役立てていただければと思います。 週末は、恒例のグループランニング！今週も金曜日と日曜日の2回、ランニングをしました。金曜日は7時50分から、日曜日は9時からラジオ体操をした後、9時半から2.7kmをいつも通り2周しました。 金曜日グループランニング 日曜日ラジオ体操 日曜日グループランニング グループでランニングすると、みんなで楽しく運動ができます！暖かくなってきて、走るのがとても気持ちいい季節になってきました。今後もたくさん人数を集めて、みんなで楽しく走りましょう！ 6月はBear Mountainにランニングクラブでハイキングに行く予定です！このように、ランニングクラブは頻繁にイベントを行なっています。今後も多くの方に参加していただき、クラブをもっと大きくしていきたいと思います。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします！！
