Dr. Nidhi Sharma has extensive clinical experience treating a diverse range of patients in hospital and outpatient clinic settings. She is an excellent therapist who has received training at the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Health Institute, and holds qualifications as an orthopedic clinical specialist and a women’s health specialist recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.

It is rare to find a women’s health specialist who also holds qualifications as an orthopedic specialist, and she works on improving women’s health issues from various angles, including pelvic problems. Her treatment, which incorporates the latest technologies such as ultrasound machines and intravaginal sensors, is highly regarded by patients.

In recent years, she has focused particularly on addressing women’s health issues and has also conducted educational seminars for Japanese physicians, physical therapists, nurses, trainers, and other healthcare professionals.

Dr. Sharma also is formally trained in Maitland Approach, Mulligan’s Concept, Active Release Technique (ART), and Trigger point Therapy. She has undergone extensive training in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA).

Nidhi performs functional evaluation and treatment considering the whole body as an intricate and interconnected system. Utilizing her background in kinesiology, she believes in performing movement based biomechanical analysis of dysfunction to reach the underlying pathology, rather than simply treating existing symptoms. 

She firmly believes that an educated person is an empowered person, and much less prone to future injury. she has a passion for dance, and in her free time, she enjoys learning ballet.
