Thank you for your continued support. This is FuncPhysio Running Club. As part of our club activities for June, we went hiking at Bear Mountain State Park,
and we would like to share our experience with you.
We had 12 participants for this hike. We took a bus from Port Authority and arrived at our destination in about an hour and a half. We started hiking at 10:30 AM!
Before the hike started
Although there was a slight chance of rain, we were blessed with clear skies and had a great time. The incline was somewhat steep, but as expected from our running club members, everyone kept pace and we reached the summit without any delays.

We took a lunch break on the way down and finished the hike around 2 PM. Great job, everyone! Since we had some time before the bus arrived, we relaxed on the grass for a while…

We boarded the bus around 5 PM and headed back to Manhattan. Due to some traffic, we arrived at the Port Authority Bus Terminal slightly later than planned, at around 7:20 PM. It was a long day, but great work, everyone. We are glad that no one got injured or fell ill.

We will continue our activities in the running club. Besides our regular weekend runs, we hope you will join us for other interesting events. Even if you’re not confident in running or exercising, you are more than welcome to participate in our events! Our club now has over 70 members. Let’s aim for 100! Together, let’s enjoy ourselves, build camaraderie, and promote health. Thank you for your continued support!
